Tenants

Once you have chosen the property, you will have to pay an amount as holding deposit to hold the property for you and you will sign a pre-contract. Then we will need references for all proposed tenants; photo id, work references, previous landlord letter, financial statements and more. Once we are happy with your references, then you will have to pay one month rent in advance and deposit equal to one month rent or more; you and the landlord will sign the full Shorthold Tenancy agreement. We will guide you on the future rent payment and who will manage your property.
